IMPORTANT: With limited exceptions, returns are refunded via store credit for Ms. Transformed Clothing Boutique. Ms.Transformed Clothing Boutique does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.
Online Return Policy:
All body suit items, lingerie and leggings are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit.
With limited exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels; but you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items return to us must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.
Returned items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are all considered non-returnable items.
All returns must include an Ms. Transformed Clothing Boutique order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
When sending back items to Ms. Transformed Clothing Boutique for more than one order, you must fill out an order packing slip for each applicable order.
Ms.Transformed Clothing Boutique is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please be sure to track the arrival of your packages and keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Returns for Ms.Transformed Clothing Boutique are typically processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. The customer requesting a return may be notified if there is a delay in processing time for returns and orders.
If the customer receives an item from us that is damaged, defective, or incorrect items, the item must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
If the customers if address is invalid or missing information, the mail carrier is unable to deliver your package, or the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery, the Returned-to-Sender or Refused Package will be restocked and you will be issued store credit.
Sorry but we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. This would include making sure that you iuse correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information.
Ms.Transformed Clothing Boutique does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
